 it looked pretty crazy in Room 18!

In case the word choice was hard to hear, here it is...

1.  First you get a pillow and then get on the floor on your knees.

2.  Next, tuck your chin, keep your head straight and put your head on the pillow.

3. Then roll forward.

4.  Hope you have fun somersaulting your way around now!!!
