It’s A Talent Show!

     As part of our I Can Do Anything unit this week, we will be having a class talent show.  Talents might be singing a song, doing a magic trick, jumping rope, counting to ten in another language, hopping on one foot, or any other clever thing that your talented kiddos can do.  Think EASY-BREEZY! Our talent show schedule is:

Tuesday, 9/22 ~ Mrs. Cooksey

Wednesday, 9/23 ~ Will C., Will D., Natalie E., Mason, Gabby, May, Carson, Andrew, Molly

Thursday, 9/24 ~ Caleb, Mili, Natalie, Aubrey, Evan, Owen W., Yixi, Luis

Be on the lookout ~ I will be taking a picture of your child doing his/her talent, and we’ll be making a class book to send home and share.

We will start learning 3 new popcorn words each week.  Once you can read these words, you'll notice they "pop up" all over the place.  Please listen for the scoop, and learn a fun game to play with flashcards that are in folders today.  The goal is for your kiddo to know these words in a SNAP.  If he/she already does, spelling these words would be the next step!  Thanks for your support!!
